Meet Our Course Curation and

Development Team

Janelle Williams
Melendrez, M.S.

Janelle Williams Melendrez, co-founder and co-president of (R)EVOLVE Consulting, Inc., brings over two decades of experience in designing and facilitating anti-bias, inter/intra-group relations, implicit bias, cultural proficiency, and team building training.


With a Master's in Counseling, her expertise informs discussions on inclusion, identity, anti-Blackness, equity, and social justice. Currently, she serves as the Executive Officer of Equity and Engagement at Southwestern College in Chula Vista, California, and is a respected educator, professional developer, and conference speaker.

Jeffrey S. Bucholtz, M.A.

Jeffrey S. Bucholtz, co-founder and co-president of (R)EVOLVE Consulting, Inc., has 18 years of experience in consulting, designing, facilitating, and delivering workshops, keynotes, and curriculum on equity, inclusion, sexual violence, bias, masculinity, and more.


As director of We End Violence for 13 years, he provided training, curriculum, and consulting for various sectors. He served as president of the San Diego Domestic Violence Council for four years, fostering cross-sector collaboration. Jeff is an award-winning adjunct faculty member at Southwestern College, teaches Popular Culture and Identity at San Diego State University, and was a speaker at Pasadena TEDx 2018.

Daniel G. Cordero

Daniel G. Cordero, (R)EVOLVE Consulting's Client Experience & Education Specialist, is a Chicane artist and trans advocate. His degree in LGBTQ+ studies complements years of direct client support at the San Diego LGBT Center.

Dan's activism spans trans and queer advocacy, guest speaking, and a term on the California Trans Youth Council (TRUTH), a youth organizing campaign resulting from a collaboration between the GSA Network and Transgender Law Center. He has facilitated anti-bias, gender inclusivity, and equity training for thousands and is a published essayist and award-winning cartoonist.
